The goal of regenerative design is to develop restorative systems that are dynamic and emergent, and are beneficial for humans and other species. It's participatory, iterative, and individual to the community and environment it is applied to. This process intends to revitalize communities, human and natural resources, and society as a whole.

Holoptic stands for whole-eyed, and a holoptical space is a space in which each participant gets a live perception of the emerging whole, that is greater than the sum of its parts. Each player, thanks to his/her experience and expertise, relates to this “Whole” in order to adjust his/her actions and coordinate them with others’ moves.
