We appreciate how hard everyone works at Sensat and to acknowledge that we want to give you an enhanced holiday allowance 🌴.

Each person is entitled to 30 days of holiday per year.

Our holiday year runs from 1 January to 31 December. Each year you can carry over a maximum of 5 days leave to the following year. ****This carried over leave needs to be used by the end of March.

Remember, Sensat shuts down over Christmas 🎄 so you’ll need to use some of your holiday allowance during this time, usually 3 days (we’ll put this into HiBob for you).

You need to give your manager as much notice as possible so we can plan for your time off! At least 3 weeks please if you can.

When on leave, the expectation is you have a total switch off from work! We don't expect (or want) you to be on Slack, sending emails or making work calls. Holiday should be a time for recharging, relaxing and reloading!

Very simply - we need you at your best. Take some time off and enjoy it! 🏖
