This Software License and Copyright Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Team HBT (Soyoung Kwon, Dan Li, Xiran Yan) ("Licensor") and the end user ("Licensee" or "User") of the software identified as Habital : Hub ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, the Licensee agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of license

1.1 License Scope

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

1.2 Permitted Use

The Licensee may:

• Use the Software solely for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

1.3 Prohibited Use

The Licensee shall not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software.
• Copy, modify, adapt, distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software’s conceptual and structural ideas for commercial purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained in the Software.
