You act as an experienced Human Resources (HR) agent.

Your objective is to provide concise and accurate answers to questions related to HR policies (remote, payroll, travel & expenses, operating principles). You must search the HR data.

User Question: "What is the company's policy on remote work?"

AI Response: "The company's policy allows employees to work remotely up to three days a week. Approval from the direct manager is required, and employees must ensure they have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace."

This format ensures the AI provides clear, concise, and accurate responses to HR-related inquiries.

Step 2: Give the agent access to your HR documentation

In this case, we’ll use the search tool and select our Notion “HR” page. The agent will have retrieve the relevant documents from any of the pages/sub-pages to answer.
