I'm a Game Production leader with experience across creative, technical, and strategic fronts. Most recently, I’m at The Sandbox, where I manage multiple game teams and mentor producers while shaping production standards. My strengths lie in cross-team communication, strategic planning, and unlocking creative momentum without burning people out. I thrive in technical spaces where creativity and clarity meet, whether that’s setting up a brand-new production pipeline or helping a team find the fun in a chaotic sprint.
Outside of work I’m still a gamer at heart, mostly focusing on narrative driven games, and a never ending backlog. When I’m not playing or building games, you’ll probably find me in my home music studio, drumming, riffing on guitar or bass, or diving into game scores. I’ve got a soft spot for audio direction and musical storytelling, and yes, I’m that person who listens to OSTs while doing spreadsheets.
