Charts
- X axis: Genes
- Y axis: Expressed value, normalized to [0,1] by linear normalization (Each expressed value will be divided by the max value of each row).
- The black curve represents expressed value across genes for a conditioned test. Note that the values are sorted in ascending order according to the base condition (wthp6). For example, in Figure 2 below, the black line indicates the normalized expressed values of wtlp5 w.r.t. wthp6.
- Color
- Green: The area where conditioned test has higher value than that of base condition.
- Orange: The area where conditioned test has lower value than that of base condition.
- The curve between the two colors (below the green area and above the orange) is the base condition values. Figure 3 indicates how to generate the comparison chart.

Figure 2. The chart is generated by overlaying two conditions namely wtlp5 and wthp6 (base condition), then colored in green and orange.
Figure 4 shows the genes name and expression value when mousing over.

Figure 4. Mouse over the chart to see the value of the conditioned test wtal.

💡 The chart shows the first 500 genes out of 20k genes. Users can click the next button, to see more gene expression series. See Data Table section for more details.
