Programming

Goal: coach projects to sustainability (0 → 1)

• Overview: motivate mentors & experts to provide 1:1 support (via decentralized learning)

  • mentors can be legal support, growth hackers, successful founders w/ similar archetype, etc.

• Launch Day (pitch day/hackathon/other) -> Mentor Day (every 6 weeks) -> culminates in demo

• Each project gets a 'project manager' from GRC -> who works closely with project to help define objectives & needs

  • venture manager can recommend material & exercises to do with projects depending on custom needs (blue ocean, lean business canvas, value proposition canvas)
  • venture manager (+GRC advisors/board) & team source relevant "mentors" for mentor day

• Mentor Day (every 6 weeks) - venture manager & team meet with 3 mentors (either separately or together) for a specific objective. At end of session, mentors, team & venture manager come up with 3 (smart) objectives to achieve over the next 6 weeks. Mentors can also put up a hand to individually coach projects once a week (if no mentor raises a hand, the project manager can decide whether to keep them in the program).

• future idea: add decentralized research (regen alliance concept) to produce educative content to bring stakeholders up to speed on recent advancements, policies, etc.

Funding

Goal: build regenerative economics that sees wealth returned & reinvested the community

• $100k fund to distribute → X% of return from fund
  • $10k tranches → after each $10k, GRC Incubator can withdraw funds to use
• Matching crowdsourced funds for each project raise
