This is a rather new role for us at Zindua School as we are traditionally a hybrid coding school. However, the number of walk-ins we get has increased massively in the past few months and we are looking for an individual who can be our front-facing support personnel at our office as well as handle most customer and student support tasks which will tend to still be predominantly online. We are looking for someone who is patient, resourceful, and has a knack for solving customer problems. We are also for someone who can easily grow into an office manager or admissions manager in the near future (a high ceiling is very important).
Below is an extreme summary of the responsibilities for the role:
The role will be subject to a base salary plus commissions particularly on support leading to conversions, and student support tasks leading retention or reduction of our accounts receivable. The role will involve being at the office from Tuesday to Saturday. We’ll give you Monday off as our admissions team is always fully present at the offices on that particular day.
Note that we still envision this as a starting role and are looking for someone who has a ceiling to grow into Admissions/Sales or an Office Manager when we move to our own premises.
