Position Title: Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Type: Equity-based | Founding Team | Remote

Mission Fit: Help bring the Archetype Engine™ and Biological Fitness framework to life through ethical, AI-supported personalization.

Who we are looking for:

Someone who:

• Can be emotionally invested in the mission
• Has experience building MVPs and early products
• Has either worked in startups, health tech, genomics, or AI/data platforms
• Is okay with delayed gratification for long-term upside

Purpose of This Appointment:

To help build the Archetype Engine™ interface, data integration pipeline, and client portal.

• Translate IP into code.
  • Build or spec the Arwe arechetype Engine™ (automation of genetic input > archetype classification > output).
• Design platform architecture.
  • How reports are created, stored, version-controlled.
  • Integration with client management (e.g., Practice Better).
• Map out data structure and security.
  • Client genetic files, versioned gene libraries, audit trails.
• Establish tech stack.
  • AI-assisted analysis? Front-end interface? API integrations?
