FERMAT Forever Links

FERMAT Forever Links are re-routable URLs that can be remapped to any Fermat shop or external website.

If you were a FERMAT customer before this release, all existing shop links in your dashboard were automatically converted to Forever Links. Don’t worry though no action is required by you. All existing ads will continue to operate as normal but with added benefits.

Because FERMAT Forever Links are remappable, you will be able to change the destination of the link whenever you want. What this means is:

• You don’t need to determine which shop you should link to when you create an ad campaign! You can just generate a Forever Link, add it to your ad campaign, and figure out where it should direct to later.
• If you want to change the destination of a live ad, you can do so without having to go through the learning phase again.
• You can always change the destination of an external website to a FERMAT Shop, or vice versa!

The Endless Possibilities of Forever Links

Opportunities for Forever Links are endless - once you set up a campaign with a Forever Link, you’ll be able to reroute it directly in the platform moving forward.

Here’s how we recommend using Fermat Forever Links

• To quickly spin up a new ad, go to the Fermat platform and generate a Forever Link routing to your default destination, and add that to your ad. You can always change the destination later!
• We recommend using a different Forever Link for each ad so that you can control the destination of each ad independently.
