Note: this is a list of recommendations for further consideration, not a final list of projects guaranteed to receive funding. It is also assembled by taking notes during a live meeting that is not recorded, so CivicLex cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. However, this is our clearest possible understanding of what will be moved to the COW on October 26.

The ARPA Equity Services Subgroup had its final meeting on October 19. Council members Josh McCurn, Liz Sheehan, and Richard Moloney decided which equity-related projects to recommend to the entire Council at the Committee of the Whole meeting on October 26. They had discussed most of the projects in the previous meeting, so not much was changed during this one.

Here's what they decided:

• $5M to Housing Stabilization and Homelessness Prevention and Intervention (OHPI)
• $10M to Affordable Housing
• $920k to the Summer Youth Employment Program
• $350k to Safety Net/One Lexington
• $240k to It Takes a Village
• $40k for a van for One Lexington (planning to add to the Fleet requests, but could end up funded by budget stabilization)
• $3M to COVID Public Health Assistance
• UP TO $150k for the ADA Improvement Plan

Other Projects that may be funded through ARPA or budget stabilization:

• $28k to Senior Center audio enhancement
• $78k to RadioLex for language accessibility
