When will the change take place?

On July 1st, 2024.

Why are we making this change?

To simplify the experience. A single Virtual Visa product simplifies campaign setup, ordering, and tracking. Also, to better comply with marketing requirements. ****The new Virtual Visa (worldwide) will better fit our bank’s new marketing guidelines for prepaid cards, improving our compliance.

Can you enumerate how the new Virtual Visa (worldwide) card differs from the existing products?

Virtual Visa (worldwide) will have the following attributes:

• Product name: Virtual Visa
• Product ID: Q24BD9EZ332JT
• Countries: 213 countries, including the US
• Expiration window: 6 months from issue
• Denominations: $0.01 - $2,000.00

Besides these changes, the upcoming product will behave just like our previous prepaid Visa options. It will have the same Terms and Conditions and provide the same experience for recipients.

Do I need to do anything to incorporate the new product?

Nope - no action required on your part.
