After adding the APS_SDK to your character in Unity, and the facecap linker, you can actually apply an already made profile, to avoid having to fill AALLLL these shapes by hand, which takes hours. Here is my profile for Quest pro to Reallusion shapekeys:

You can first Add the normal facecap linker, then guess links, then at the bottom add the Meta facecap link automatically with some matching shapes:
