Context

This video was filmed during the Mochary Method Bootcamp that took place in January 2022. The participants left me feedback in the previous bootcamp session, and this video is a demonstration of how I took their feedback, turned them into actions, and revisited it during the beginning of the next session.

This practice helped them feel very heard and cared for as I addressed each point of criticism by sharing what I was going to do to fix it.
