Step 2: Now write the 5 strongest beliefs you were raised with about love, money, God, success, or identity. Repeat: “None of these are mine.” Burn the page. Say nothing. That’s your first detachment.
Stage 2: Temporal Unhooking
Step 1: Set a timer for 33 minutes. Sit in a room with no clock, no sound, no light changes. The world runs on time and time controls identity.
You’re about to disconnect.
Do nothing but sit and feel. When the timer rings… you’ll notice what tried to replace “you.”
Stage 3: Mirror Disassociation
Stand in front of a mirror. Not to admire to confront.
Look at your reflection and whisper: “That’s not me. That’s a memory wearing my skin.”

Stage 4: Sensory Split
Spend 1 hour in sensory imbalance. One ear plugged, one open. One eye shaded, one exposed.
