• Integrate the cards, tabs, see all page, and user info card as shown in the mobile design
• integrate Cards into profile.js for mobile view and they should be only visible when in mobile view. And in mobile view hide the desktop view component
• "Requests" and "Offers" each have 3 modes "active", "inactive", and "all"
