Why I do coaching

From my experience, I know how destructive inaction towards one's deep desires can be. My life is alive and blooming when I am in touch with myself and act on it.

I believe in people and am convinced that realising inner potential enriches life. I am interested in realising the potential of those around me. I have worked in teams as a team leader and grown talent; I have hired, trained, and mentored.

In my nearly 20 years of work related to creating web interfaces, my experience in focused work with people and supporting them in their professional growth has been going on for 8 years, and I intend to continue.

• 18 years of experience in web interface creation: frontend development (predominantly), team leadership, hiring, mentoring, teaching, UX/UI design, delivery management, and product ownership.
