At OrangeValley, my team and I conducted a Conversion Performance Monitor (CRO Audit) with a specific focus on site performance. We thoroughly examined four main categories to identify any pain points, bottlenecks, and areas where persuasion elements can be maximized.
Our audit performed the evaluation of over 350 components, assigning a score that was then compared to our direct competitors. In addition to the score, we provided a comprehensive overview of quick wins and recommended improvements to be implemented. Each recommendation was assessed based on the effort required and the potential gain.
All the findings and recommendations were summarized into a roadmap for easy reference and implementation.
