Nanotech's system is designed to manage the automotive aesthetics process in dealerships. It starts when a salesperson makes a sale of a Nanotech service and registers the order in the system. This sends a message through WhatsApp to all the phone numbers configured by the system administrator. The next step is for the person responsible for the flow of the operation to confirm the order and direct it to the operator of their choice through the platform, which also receives a notification through WhatsApp. The operator can then access the platform with their login, view their demands and organize themselves during the day. When a service is finished, the system sends notifications through WhatsApp to the operations coordinator and to the salesperson responsible for the service order. In addition, the system has a management part that generates reports and a dashboard with useful information for awards, decision-making and progress analysis.
