What we're looking for

Tacten is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Drive team (which is for ERPNext client projects). The role requires skills for thorough business analysis of client requirements and proficiency of all functional and implementation aspects of ERPNext core modules for Healthcare, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, CRM, Projects.

Responsibilities

  1. The candidate will work for client projects in analysing the different business process, workflows, transactions and mapping the requirements into ERPNext.
  2. Need to develop deep functional and feature know how of all ERPNext and Frappe core framework modules and domains to be able to provide on-the-fly configurations and setups during client troubleshooting or feature demos and customisations.
  3. Work other cross-functional teams like product, and various other stakeholders in gathering the requirements
  4. Suggesting BI & Analytic reports for the management
  5. Creating the finer requirements documentation and task backlog for development team
  6. Work with Development team to ensure that the desired result is achieved
  7. Work with client to clear UAT sign-off
  8. Help with Demos and Trainings

Qualifications

  1. 3 to 5 years experience MBA ( a plus) with good academic track record
  2. Deep domain knowledge of ERP for Manufacturing, Accounting, Stock, CRM
  3. Expertise with any BI or reporting tool (a plus)
  4. Expertise with ERPNext or any ERP software
