What's The Point?
After surveying 96 respondents between the ages of 17 and 59, Hal Pan crowdsources a definition of burnout as a common feeling of exhaustion and dissatisfaction. Though the main cause seems to be work, the survey finds less consistency in 1) how it manifests in people, and 2) how they deal with it. This means burnout is an active point of confusion and stress in many lives.
