Goals we need to communicate
- The goal is to get every shipper:
- A warm welcome from someone in the community
- Hit publish on day 1 and feel immediate feedback
- Reinforce the feedback on day 2
Expectations
Must-have expectations
- Execute the required tasks during onboarding week and first 3 days of shipping
- Interact with your Shippers on their accounts 3X per week during the cohort itself to build a relationship with them so they know you are keeping an eye on them and they don’t get discouraged. Answer to shippers DMs.
- Shippers can reach out to you via Twitter DM, Circle DM, and comments on Circle pages. By promptly answering your shippers you can build trust with them.
- Call on the Admirals as needed to help answer their questions or if you see the Shipper is having difficulty.
