This Affiliate Policy sets out the terms and conditions applied to the Affiliate Program through KyberSwap platform.  This Affiliate Policy should be read in conjunction with the KyberSwap Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1.   Eligibility

This Affiliate Program is available exclusively to partners and influencers (“Partner/Partners”) who have a direct collaboration with the KyberSwap.

2.   Affiliate Program

a.    Requirements: Partners earn reward based on the trading activities and revenue generated by referred users via Referral Codes.

b.    Rules:

i. Each Partner is associated with Referral Code(s) generated by KyberSwap. A Partner can have one or more Referral Code(s).

ii. All rewards are denominated in stable coin(s) after liquidating the revenue assets. This ensures that rewards reflect as  accurate USD value as possible, factoring in market volatility and liquidity.

iii. Partners are required to keep confidential all information related to this Affiliate Program, including but not limited to this Affiliate Policy, information shared through KyberSwap's channels, and information displayed on the Partner Dashboard.

iv. All information related to the Affiliate Program will be communicated via direct official channels with the KyberSwap team.

c.    Partner Dashboard: Partners are authorized to monitor and analyze their performance through a dashboard which displays metrics specific to each Partner, including but not limited to active wallets, total volume, number of transactions, and rewards.

3.   Conditions

a.    Partners acknowledge, agree and comply with KyberSwap Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

b.   By participating in the Affiliate Program or using Referral Code on KyberSwap, Partners are deemed to read, understand and accept this Affiliate Policy.

c.    Partners are required to promote KyberSwap ethically and accurately, without misleading potential users.

d.   KyberSwap shall be entitled to take any form of action against the Partner who violates the KyberSwap Terms of Use and/or abuses the Affiliate Program, including but is not limited to, any illegal activities, any fraudulent behaviors (such as cookie stuffing, incentivized self-referrals, or manipulation of metrics), any suspicious activities, or any attempts to circumvent KyberSwap Terms of Use and this Affiliate Policy.

e.    All decisions made by KyberSwap in relation to every aspect of the Affiliate Program, shall be final and conclusive. Any subsequent correspondences, protest, appeals or enquiries will not be entertained.

f.     KyberSwap reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Affiliate Program upon giving adequate notice.

g.    KyberSwap reserves the right to amend, terminate or interpret any portion of this Affiliate Policy in its sole discretion, and at any time without prior notice. In such an event, KyberSwap will make reasonable efforts to notify the Partners.
