What is Kickback?

Kickback is a feature that enables attendees and affiliates to receive a commission on tickets they help sell for an individual event. Once they add in their banking information, they’ll receive a unique referral link that they can share to their network.

There are two different kinds of Kickback that can be created - Public & Affiliate.

• Public Offer - anyone who purchases a ticket has the option to participate
• Affiliate Offer - only specific contacts you invite will be able to participate

As an organizer, you can create a Kickback offer based on the $ or % you'd like to offer per ticket or order that attendees and/or affiliates help sell. The payment will come from your ticket revenue so no need to keep accounting and the process separate from the platform.
