Commissions Splits Agreement Process (Indirect)

This document outlines the step-by-step process for completing a Commission Splits Agreement (CSA) for indirect groups.

1. Download the Commission Splits Agreement Form

• Navigate to: Carriers > Taylor Insurance Services > Forms > Commission Splits Agreement
• Download the Commission Splits Agreement (CSA) template.

2. Fill Out Required Information

Step 1: Enter Basic Group Details

• Group Name → Enter the legal name of the group.
• Effective Date → Enter the group's effective date.

Step 2: List Individuals Receiving Commissions

• Agency → EMTT
• SME → Tom Dorywalski
• Client Services → Robert Rodriguez

Step 3: Determine Compensation Splits

• Use the GA Comp Document to determine commission splits:

  GA Comp Structure ( Needs Updating)

• Guidelines:

  1. Each Sub Agency has its standard compensation.
  2. Only list splits assigned to the Agency.
  3. Robert Rodriguez receives a flat $2.00 per Indirect Group.
  4. EMTT and Tom Dorywalski’s splits are variable, as outlined in the GA Comp Structure document.
