  1. Customer-centricity: We are obsessed with the customer. Every action we take should start with the customer experience. Many companies offer great products or services, but few offer delightful experiences to customers.
  2. New ideas are always valued: As our company name suggests, we are willing to soft-launch ideas generated even at lunch time. We welcome ideas on new products, services and processes. Testing and patenting new ideas is in our DNA.
  3. We are collectively a single organism: As a single organism does, we move as one. We chart our course through endless discussions and disagreements. Once we find a path, we must all be aligned in that single direction. Learn to disagree, and then to commit.
  4. Leader mindset: Do not consider yourself an employee. Train yourself to be a leader by taking ownership in everything you do. Do not wait for your leader to instruct you, carve the course yourself and show your leader how you plan to get there.
  5. Don’t just learn it, experience it deeply: Take a holistic approach to each project or task the company has set for you. Dive deep, using not just your logical mind but all your senses to experience the action at hand. We make it a habit to “get our hands dirty.”
  6. Think big, but understand constraints: We strive to be a company with unlimited funds and resources for each venture we engage in – we are not there and will never get there. All companies big and small will face unique constraints. Strive to make bold moves, but map out the current constraints and don’t be discouraged to find and navigate them.
  7. We operate on small successes and failures: We value process over results. We venture out and explore, and then report. Failing small and fast is applauded, as it contributes to our goal to succeed when it matters most.
  8. Don’t review it, remake it: We do not review our work, we remake it. We have relentlessly high standards, so we make it, remake it, and remake it some more, until we’re 100% confident that that is the best version. Expect nothing less from yourself as well as others.
  9. We are cautiously loud and bold: We are not afraid to speak up, and before we do, we are prepared to back up our proposition.
