If you miss 1 task from the daily discipline list you start from day 1
NO ONE WILL KNOW
BUT YOU WILL
DON'T TRY TO FOOL YOURSELF

Daily Discipline List
- [ ] Rule 1 - Read 10 pages of a self development book
- [ ] Rule 2 - 30 mins exercise daily
- [ ] Rule 3 - Sit quietly for 5 mins alone - THINK ABOUT THE MAN YOU WANT TO BE
- [ ] Rule 4 -POWER LIST - each evening write down 3 essential tasks for the following day (Everyday those tasks must be done.
- [ ] Rule 5 - NO ALCOHOL - NO FAST FOOD - NO DRUGS
