What happened last week?

• Overview of project for all members and new joiners:
  • 2 main databases HR ( high level and low level ) and Business Dev ( High level and low level)
    • All the tools we currently use are connected here to help with decisions , KPIs etc.
  • We need one tool which will integrate all the data and communication and is customisable ( current tools like Zoho etc are not customisable )
    • Basic building blocks are integration and automation
    • Google sheet as Backend and Appsheet ( from Google ) as Frontend
  • At a later point we will build our own tool with its own UI
  • So currently we need to integrate:

    • All email communication into a single place/ Centralizing email communication

    • Communication integration of:

      • Slack
      • Whatsapp
      • Rocketchat

    • We can integrate data from Social media channels using their APIs

      • Facebook
      • Linkedin
      • Instagram
      • Twitter

    • We need to scrape data from Notion on the member activity

      • Last active stamp from the Onboarding checklist
      • If someone is not active for 5 days then mark them as AWOL
      • Currently the process is manual , by copy pasting from the Team directory every Monday
      • Current issues- Deactivating the member causes the data to be lost, Or if they change their email

What are we doing this week?

• Exploring Integration with Workable
• To get the raw data using Google scripts to understand the capabilities
• Research on Pulling data using Github API
• Research on scrapping data from Communication and Social Media channels
• Research on Centralizing email media channels and email automation
• Explore Scrappy and other Scrapping tools

Potential blockers?

• [ ] Currently we need Google script developers, python developers who can write Webhooks
• [ ] We need Project managers who can manage the dependencies along with @Tejas Mahajan and @Anjana Rao

Action Items

• [ ] @Andrea to look into getting the Google /Python developers on board and new PMs
• [ ] @JD Ranpariya to look at

1. Getting the raw data using Googlescripts
2. Github api ( pulll data )
3. social media scraping ( communication )
4. Email Automation and if someone is using more than one email converge it to primary one
