We made this guide to make the interview process feel a little...less stressful. We found that it’s better for both sides to know what to expect and how to prepare at each stage. We tried to include all the detail you might need, but if you have additional questions we’re always down to chat.
The purpose of interviews are three-fold. First, it’s a chance for us to see your work and skills. Second, it’s a chance for us to see you (the person). Third, it’s a chance for you to understand us. In the end, we want you to be as excited about working with us as we are with you.
The interview process has four steps:
Each round goes into more detail on your work, and approaches it from different angles. After each round, we’ll both have a chance to decide whether to proceed or not.
