At Co-x3, we believe a community is a big part of our success. We are here to support your growth journey with solutions and motivation to get things done.
It's my passion to continuously explore new ways to empower people to excel at what they love doing. Over the years, I've observed countless situations where family, friends and strangers demonstrate their enormous capacity to give and constantly innovate ways to be helpful. It's been a tremendous delight every time I come across such interactions, as it serves a positive reminder of the social fabric that holds us together.
So, within the Co-x3 Family, we've created an environment where it's encouraged to be helpful wherever we can, and push each other to be the best version of ourselves, while watching out to make sure that we are always taking care of ourselves too (because givers can forget about that!).
We are problem solvers. If you come to our community with a problem you'd like to solve, we'll brainstorm solutions together to help you fight your local war. We solve problems by being open-minded, intentional about the outcomes, and asking good questions.
Let's be clear - you don't need to use all (or any) of our toolbox resources, it's simply designed as a helpful resource for our members to put your learning into action by turning all the best practices of how we got things done into easy-to-follow templates that guide you towards success.
We enjoy leveraging gamification principles to hack our minds and create healthy feedback loops to incentivize ourselves to do our best work, in the shortest amounts of time. Being intentional is also a big part of our DNA - we believe that it's only by starting with the end in mind, that we can accomplish our goals and find more meaning in our lives.
